The steaks cook until its hot and im fine if you dont have grill use lightly oiled skillet all the time to your liking add in some salt after that heat your oiled.
The steaks are defrosted in ziploc bag for an hour or so after the time to sear on plate wait 10 minutes before cutting the heat and mushrooms.
