I’m going back home soon and I want to throw a small diner party for my friends. I have done this before but i don’t have enough cash for the old stand-by(normally it was $140-$180 for a diner for 6-9 steak, a green, a starch, 1-2 bottles of red wine, and 3-4 descent cigars). I only have about $110 to operate on for a party of 6(maybe less only 3 RSVP’s so far). What is a good and inexpensive wine and steak combination for a group of good friends?
When I say steak I mean the cut not the seasoning.

Oddly enough that group got better service than any of the other patrons who were ignored completely. Maybe it had to do with the size of their party?
